• Strong business acumen with the ability to generate insights independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to derive practical scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee merchant investments and pinpoint better opportunities.
• Track the Merchant dashboard to identify gaps and initiate transformational projects.
• Design and coordinate efforts for business expansion.
• Participate in end-to-end projects from concept to planning.
• Serve as a point of contact, communicating strategies between departments.
• Analyze proprietary data to derive insights into merchant behavior.
• Present findings to senior management and stakeholders clearly.
• Manage reporting and performance monitoring activities.
