Job summary

ISP in Malaysia seeks an Admissions Manager to lead planning and delivery of student recruitment activities to meet enrolment and retention targets. The post holder supports the Campus Principal on admissions and customer service, and represents the school at outreach events.

You will monitor KPI reports, manage MIS/CRM data, build relationships with feeder schools, universities, and education agents, and deputise for Head of Marketing when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of student recruitment across channels to achieve enrolments.
• Monitor KPI to Enrolment conversions and provide action points weekly.
• Manage MIS/CRM for recruitment data and customer follow up.
• Build relationships with feeder schools, universities and education agents.
