Job summary

Malaysia Airports Berhad is seeking an Engineering Document Management professional to plan and execute the Document Management Centre works. The role ensures engineering documents, drawings, contracts, and manuals are properly controlled, updated, and accessible, while supporting PTW operations and OSC counters.

The candidate will maintain IMS documentation in line with ISO/OHS/EMS standards, participate in audits, and manage contracts, reports, and asset verification.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) with minimum CGPA 3.0.
• One year of relevant working experience is required.
• Experience in operation and maintenance of systems and facilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, inventory management, document management and quality system.
• Knowledge in Airport Operations is an added advantage.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the Documentation Management Centre works and ensure records meet standards and quality.
• Coordinate and administer PTW-related tasks and support OSC counter operations.
• Maintain IMS documentation in compliance with ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004; participate in IMS audits.
• Administer engineering management contracts including performance reporting and payments.
• Prepare annual/quarterly/monthly performance reports with analysis.
• Coordinate asset verification, procurement activities, and stakeholder engagement across units.
