Job summary

IKD (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD seeks a documentation coordinator to manage drawing preparation, distribution and verification. You will handle product and tooling drawings, uploadments to platforms, and ensure proper archiving and retrieval of documents across departments.

The role requires a Diploma or higher with at least one year in documentation management, fluency in Mandarin/English/Malay, and strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above.
• At least one year of experience in documentation management roles.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay as working languages.
• Skilled in using office software and able to comprehend simple technical drawings.
• Possesses strong capabilities in identifying problems, analyzing root causes, and resolving issues; Demonstrates exceptional self-learning and adaptability.
• Exhibits strong communication and coordination skills, a sense of responsibility, and a proactive innovative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation and distribution of product drawings.
• Responsible for the preparation and distribution of new product drawings.
• Responsible for the preparation, verification, creation of detailed change orders, and distribution of product drawings resulting from engineering changes.
• Responsible for the distribution of tooling drawings.
• Responsible for uploading drawings to the platform.
• Responsible for the distribution, archiving, retrieval, and destruction of all documents.
• Responsible for distributing all internal factory documents to various departments.
• Responsible for the archiving of documents.
• Responsible for the retrieval and destruction of outdated documents following any changes.
• Responsible for the archiving of safety-related component documentation.
• Responsible for the archiving and external lending of sealed sample products, as well as the lending of equipment documentation.
• Responsible for the archiving and external lending of sealed sample products.

• Responsible for uploading the department's tooling contracts to the platform.
