Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Production Manager for the feed production department to coordinate daily production operations. The role involves preparing schedules aligned with sales forecasts, managing inventories of raw materials, additives, and finished products, and arranging department manpower.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, strong production planning experience, and proven leadership with excellent communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong skills in production planning and manpower control.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production schedule in accordance with sales forecast and products inventory.
• Plan and control the inventories of raw materials, additives and finished products based on production planning.
• Arrange manpower and walking schedule for the department's activities.
• Plan and monitor the production process activities and ensure it meets targeted KPI.
• Study and propose improvements and optimization for mills.
• Plan coordinate with engineering department on machinery maintenance and project.
• To implement any other duties related to the Department that may arise from time to time as per instruction by the Assistant Manager, Production (Feed).

Education & Qualification
