Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Bid Manager to manage complex, energy-sector projects and drive the full-cycle proposal process within a tight 6-week turnaround. The role focuses on reviewing RFQs, applying compression knowledge, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to deliver detailed technical and commercial proposals.

Ideal candidates will understand the compressor train scope, prepare accurate costings, and maintain high-quality documentation through all proposal stages.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle proposal processes.
• Strong ability to review RFQs and technical specifications.
• Understanding of compression basics and energy sector requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review RFQs and technical specifications from customers.
• Execute compression selection and design using in-house tool.
• Select components for compressor train, prepare technical offering, and issue RFQs to vendors/ factories.
• Compile data into a comprehensive technical and commercial proposal for customers.
