Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Senior Tender Manager in Malaysia to lead complex RFQ analysis, tender planning, and bid development for Modular Data Centers. You will collaborate with marketing, sales and engineering teams to deliver complete, competitive offers while managing risk and ensuring margin protection across country and global accounts.

The role requires extensive experience in infrastructure project sales, strong leadership, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

Experience in tendering for infrastructure projects in multinational settings.
Technical background in data center solutions and related installations.
Customer-facing roles with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Analyze RFQs, prepare tender documentation, and consolidate technical/financial data.
Develop presales contract strategies and coordinate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams.
Ensure scope deliverability and manage risk within tender stage with costed proposals.
Lead bid planning, risk assessment, and variation orders; finalize and handover to execution.
Coordinate internal/external stakeholders and submit complete bid packages.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Schneider Electric products and solutions; lead global teams to deliver data center projects.
