Job summary

Orando Holdings Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a diligent Sales Administration and Credit Control professional to manage the full sales cycle from SPA execution through to vacant possession and transfer milestones. You will ensure accurate billing, timely collection and strict statutory compliance while coordinating with project, finance and Sales & Marketing teams.

You should hold a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field, with experience in Sales/Credit

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Relevant experience in Sales Administration / Credit Administration within the property development industry.
• Familiar with SPA documentation, progressive billing, loan documentation, collections and vacant possession processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills with purchasers, solicitors, bankers and internal team.
• Well-organised, meticulous and able to manage documentation and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Sales Administrative and credit Control across the full cycle – SPA execution, loan documentation, sub-sale, vacant possession, MOT and strata title transfer.
• Ensure documents are processed accurately and within the timeline.
• Prepare agency appointment contracts for authorised agencies, and monitor commissions and legal fees payments.
• Manage KPKT HIMS eSPA submission and monitoring.
• Drive collection from purchasers and end-financiers, including reminders and escalation of overdue accounts.
• Liaise with purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors and related parties for proper documentation and early loan releases.
• Attend to purchaser and sales agent enquiries relating to documentation, payment and sales administration matters.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with project, finance and Sales & Marketing teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports on sales performance, billing status, collection status and receivables aging.
