Job summary

1 Pavilion Property Consultancy Sdn Bhd, based in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking an experienced Sales Administration and Credit Control professional to manage project portfolios, issue receipts, progress claims, and coordinate with purchasers and solicitors.

You will monitor legal documents, liaise with authorities, prepare reports for Management, maintain purchaser files, and ensure timely turnaround while guiding a small team.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Property Administration or equivalent.
• minimum 5 years working experience in the sales administration and credit control from a property development firm.
• Computer literate and basic knowledge of Property Developer System software (Wiz Developer, Road-Runner, IFCA, etc).
• Knowledge of rules and regulations in property industry.
• Work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• To hold a good responsibility & duty of care on the projects & duties designated.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude, initiative and result oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage projects as a portfolio.
• Perform accurate data entries into the Property Developer System.
• Timely issuance of official receipts, credit/debit notes, memos, etc to relevant departments.
• Timely issuance of progress claims, reminders, and notices to purchasers, end-financiers, and solicitors.
• Check, monitor, and closely follow up on legal documentation, including SPA, sub-sales, and Loan Assignments, with solicitors.
• Close monitoring, follow-up and timely collection of progress claims and credit control.
• Attend to and liaise with purchasers' solicitors and end-financiers on enquiries and loan documentation.
• Attend to sub-sale matters, issue confirmation letters and letters of undertaking to solicitors.
• Ensure the system is updated with new purchasers' data until the issuance of the title.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and solicitors on applications for consent to transfer and Memorandum of Transfer (MOT).
• Analyse and prepare reports for Management review.
• Maintain good and efficient filing of the relevant projects and purchaser files.
• Adhere to the administrative processes set and meet the three-day turnaround process time.
• Ensure subordinates work efficiently and diligently while meeting the required turnaround time.
