Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Sales Administration & Credit Control Executive (Property – Developer Side) to maintain sales records and purchaser files. You will liaise with marketing, solicitors, financiers, and agents to ensure timely SPA/Loan execution and loan disbursement.

You will monitor payments, manage eSPA submissions, ensure compliance with KPKT, handle filing, generate reports, and support project launches while staying responsive to inquiries and issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in related field.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pro-active and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper records of sales entry and purchasers’ files.
• Liaise with Sales & Marketing team, solicitors, financiers, sales agents and purchasers to ensure timely execution of SPA and Loan Agreement.
• Monitor timely disbursement of loans.
• Manage KPKT HIMS eSPA submission and monitoring.
• Ensure all sales documentation complies with KPKT and company requirements.
• Ensure proper filing and system updating for easy data/report extraction.
• Assist in issuing and delivering progress billings, statements, reminder letters to purchasers, and update in system.
• Monitor progressive payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports to management.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, correspondence, and complaints.
• Conduct status reviews of outstanding cases and ensure legal correspondence is written, recorded, and distributed on time.
• Assist in project launches and related events.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Close monitoring to ensure timely disbursement of loans.

Manage KPKT HIMS eSPA submission and monitoring.

Ensure proper filing and system updating for easy data/report extraction.

Assist in project launches and other related events when required.

To carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
