• Knowledge of credit risk policies, internal controls and compliance for credit management
• Excellent command of English; Mandarin preferred for this role

Aufgaben

• Execute daily O2C credit management tasks including credit limit maintenance and order release
• Handle overdue payments, credit limit breaches and blocked orders with root cause analysis
• Escalate structural issues and drive remediation with Head of Credit Management
• Support process changes, testing and end-user training for new tools and work instructions
• Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of customer master data and credit terms
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service and Billing to resolve complex issues
