Job summary

Cape EMS is seeking a Program Executive to lead assigned customer programmes from initiation and NPI to mass production and delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the primary interface for programme requirements, schedules and escalations.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in programme management within the EMS sector, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to manage financial aspects and customer communications in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Admin, Economics, or Project Management) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in programme management or similar coordination roles.
• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or related electronics/manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading programmes or workstreams and interfacing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned customer programmes from initiation and NPI through mass production and delivery.
• Serve as primary interface with customers for requirements, schedules and changes.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and address inquiries promptly.
• Plan and lead internal and customer programme meetings; document decisions and actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, NPI and Finance to meet objectives.
• Monitor programme status, timelines, resources, readiness and delivery performance.
