• Possess strong leadership, technical competency, and analytical skills.
• Effective team player with ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Prepare and manage competitive quotations for customers.
• Coordinate daily operational activities to meet delivery requirements.
• Monitor operational trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage cross functional activities to achieve quality, cost, delivery and profitability objectives.
• Lead cross functional teams to ensure successful and timely product launches.
• Ensure customer and company requirements are met in quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness.
• Drive productivity improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory levels to support operational efficiency and demand.
