Job summary

EPF Malaysia in Selangor seeks a diligent professional to support employer services, enforcement, contribution and employer account operations at branch level. You will monitor cases, coordinate operational matters, prepare reports, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery in line with approved policies and service standards.

The role requires strong coordination, risk awareness and analytical skills, with 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bahasa Melayu language proficiency at SPM level or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field recognised by Government.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in employer services, enforcement, compliance, or related fields.
• Experience leading projects or coordinating teams is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support employer services, enforcement, contribution and employer account operations to meet branch KPIs and ensure compliance with the EPF Act and procedures.
• Monitor non-compliance cases, complaints, inspections, regularisation exercises, summons service, prosecutions and civil actions, and provide timely updates for follow-up.
• Review and process applications related to instalment arrangements, interest/dividend adjustments, employer account maintenance, reconciliation, and recovery matters.
• Analyse employer service, enforcement, liability, contribution and payment issues, and highlight high-risk cases for action.
• Coordinate engagement with employers, authorised representatives, internal stakeholders, regional offices, enforcement agencies and panel lawyers to support case management and service delivery.
• Prepare and review operational statistics, case updates, non-compliance reports, analyses and presentation materials for performance monitoring.
• Implement approved employer visits, quality initiatives, risk controls, and process improvements to strengthen operations and internal control.
• Support team members in case management, employer engagement, work procedures, documentation quality, ethics, and compliance.
