Job summary

Eaton Corporation Malaysia is seeking a Service Engineer to provide after-sales technical support, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for transformers, RMU, ACB, and related equipment. You will coordinate with engineering, sales and customers, manage service contracts, and ensure 24x7 standby coverage through a rotation, with on-site deployment and timely reporting.

Minimum 3 years of field service or testing experience.
Knowledge of Eaton's products, markets and applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide after-sales technical support and services, including troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
Maintain 24x7 standby services through a rotational schedule and support pre/post-sale activities as needed.
Install, test, commission, repair and upgrade equipment; analyze faults and resolve issues.
Ensure accurate records, reporting and documentation; coordinate with design and sales teams.
Act as single point of contact for service contracts, driving additional service opportunities and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to QMS processes and continuous improvement.
