• Manage customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp.
• Maintain product listings, pricing updates, and promo strategies.
• Support online marketing activities and digital campaigns.
• Assist in content creation, traffic generation, and landing page optimization.
• Measure marketing metrics such as sales and trends.
• Create content for blogs and social media.
