Job summary

AVID SPORTS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an E-commerce Executive – Marketplace to manage day-to-day online operations across brand platforms and marketplaces in Malaysia.

You will translate annual and seasonal objectives into actionable initiatives to grow sales and improve performance. You will monitor key metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversion, plan campaigns, optimise promotions, and ensure accurate product data and stock across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed.
• 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, marketplace or digital commerce operations.
• Hands-on experience in marketplace operations including listing, pricing, promotions, campaigns and store management.
• Strong understanding of key E-Commerce metrics (sales, GMV, traffic, conversion) with data analysis skills.
• Experience in E-Commerce campaign management and digital advertising.
• Strong coordination with Merchandising, Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics, Marketing and platform KAMs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day E-Commerce operations across brand platforms and marketplaces.
• Support E-Commerce growth by translating objectives into actionable initiatives.
• Monitor metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion, product performance and store health.
• Plan and execute campaigns and promotions, working with platform KAMs to maximise traffic and sales.
• Manage on-platform and off-platform advertising to drive visibility and sales and optimise campaigns.
• Oversee product and inventory management across channels, ensuring accurate info and stock.
• Ensure seamless customer and fulfilment experience by resolving order and delivery issues promptly.
• Support monthly reporting and other E-Commerce projects or ad hoc tasks.
