Job summary

DM DASHER SDN. BHD. is seeking an eCommerce Customer Service Live Chat Agent to assist customers on Lazada, Shopee, Facebook and TikTok. This hybrid role emphasizes fast, accurate responses, helping customers and driving purchases while building lasting relationships.

You will join a supportive team with training, a clear growth path, and rotating day/night shifts. Setia Alam commute is expected, with facilities and benefits described in the role.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute or more.
• Hybrid role with commute to Setia Avenue, Setia Alam (HYBRID position, not required to come to office daily).
• Able to work on shift rotations: day 8am–5pm, night 3pm–12am.

Responsibilities

• Attend to live chat enquiries from Lazada, Shopee, Facebook and TikTok.
• Be fast and accurate in responses to customers.
• Make customers happy and encourage them to purchase.
• Convert customers into DASHER's friends.

Customer Experience team is responsible for:

entire shopping experience of customer, starting from pre-sales until after-sales services

leaving an incomparably WOW impression to customers who support DASHER

upholding DASHER's vision to provide futuristic shopping experience, NOT just pushing SALES but fighting for the greatest EXPERIENCE that customers can enjoy

What's the skill required?

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply! Training will be provided.

Typing speed with 40 words or above per minute

Able to commute to Setia Avenue, Setia Alam (HYBRID position, no need come to office everyday)

Able to work on shift rotation basis, currently we have two shifts: day shift (8am to 5pm) and night shift (3pm to 12am)
