Job summary

DM DASHER SDN. BHD. is looking for a Front Desk Officer (Receptionist) at our Service Centre to greet customers, process warranty items, and manage parcel logistics.

You will handle walk-in customers, pack and ship warranty parcels, and keep the front desk tidy while delivering quality service. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, discretion with sensitive information, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese is a plus).

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge (compulsory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach to work.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken); fluency in 中文 is an added advantage.

Front Desk Officer (Receptionist) - Service Centre

The Front Desk Officer will handle walk-in warranty customers, warranty parcel packing and shipment arrangements, receive parcels from couriers, identify parcel sources, and record them in our internal system. The role also involves maintaining the tidiness of the front desk area and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the front desk and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
• Assist customers with warranty claims, including the packaging and shipment of warranty items.
• Receive parcels from couriers and ensure they are properly labelled and directed to the appropriate department or person.
• Identify the source of each parcel and enter the information into our internal system for recording purposes.
• Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the front desk area, including the reception area, waiting area, and other public spaces.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required by the company.
