DM DASHER SDN. BHD. is hiring a Retail Executive Sales for the Dreame Store at Klippa Shopping Mall in Penang, Malaysia.

You will engage walk-in customers, promote the Dreame product range, and maintain current product knowledge to assist shoppers effectively. The role follows a 10:00am–10:00pm shift with four work days per week, including onboarding and team mentorship.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Able to work 4 days per week with shift rotation (10:00–22:00).
• Assist customers and introduce products to walk-ins.

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to answer questions accurately.
• Record daily sales and promotions; submit reports to management.
• Ensure high-quality service and promptly address customer concerns.

About this Team What's your role?

Promote products or services to customers, explain product features and benefits, and answer customer queries.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to ensure accurate and effective communication with customers.

Monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding stock requirements, damage, or discrepancies.

Maintain records of daily sales and promotions, and submit reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant information.

Ensure customers received high-quality service and that their complaints and concerns are addressed promptly.

To establish strong presence of DREAME (powered by DASHER) branding and provide high quality services to customer

What's the skill required?

good command of written and spoken English and 中文

Able to work 4-Day a week, shift rotation, 10:00am to 10:00pm

Assist customers enquiry, introduce our product to walk in customers

A bubbly, cheerful and joy personality

Who's there to support you?

Do not worry! Everything starts with a training where your senior will guide you through our products information. After the onboard training session, you will be guided by your team lead starting the day-one you hands-on for approaching walk-in customers, you're not doing this alone! He will also be your mentor should you require assistance or clarification on all work-related matters.

You also will be involved into various internal and sharing session about latest market analysis and sales challenges. Plus, you are expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.
