DM DASHER SDN. BHD. in Klang requires a Junior Quality Control Admin to verify repaired items before they return to customers. You will test functionality, check parts, and document results with video evidence.

No experience needed; full training will be provided. Fresh graduates are welcome, and you will learn hands-on testing of electronic products while maintaining clear records and following SOPs at our Bukit Raja, Klang office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Office Management, Electrical/Electronic or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Careful and detail-oriented with strong record-keeping.
• Able to read and write basic English; Bahasa Malaysia is needed for customers.
• Willing to learn hands-on testing of electronic products.

Responsibilities

• Test the repaired item to ensure it is working.
• Check that all parts and accessories are complete and match the original submission.
• Update the case record and document visual evidence.
• If issues persist, follow up and report to supervisor.
• Arrange delivery orders for offline purchases and record tracking.
• Inform customers for pick-up and follow up on uncollected items.
• Perform quality checks on items (vacuum cleaners, dashcams, small appliances).
• Record test results with a clear checklist and video evidence.
• Assist weekly stock sorting to keep the store neat.

Job description

Junior Quality Control Admin (QC) - Service Centre

After our technician finishes a repair, you are the last person to check the item before it goes back to the customer. You make sure the item works, nothing is missing, and everything is recorded correctly.

This job suits someone who is detail-oriented and likes to keep accurate records. No experience needed. Full training will be given.

Working location: Bukit Raja, Klang

Working days: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm | Saturday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

What You Will Do

Test the repaired item to make sure it is working.

Check that all parts and accessories are complete, same as when the customer sent it in.

Update the case record and document visual evidence

If the customer says the problem is still there, follow up and report to your supervisor.

Arrange delivery for offline purchases

Create delivery orders for items bought at our counter.

Record the tracking number and inform the customer.

Inform customers for pick-up

Message walk-in customers when their item is ready to collect.

Follow up with customers who have not collected their item.

Quality check and record

Test items that need quality checking (vacuum cleaners, dashcams, small appliances).

Follow the correct QC checklist for each product type — different products have different steps to check.

Record a clear video of the test as proof that the item is working.

Write down the result clearly: what was checked, any problem found, and what was done.

Weekly stock sorting

Help the stock team scan all items received.

Mark items that are already done, so the store stays neat and up to date.

Who We Are Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Office Management, Electrical/Electronic, or any related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Careful and detail-oriented — you notice small mistakes and missing parts.

Likes to keep clean and proper records.

Can follow instructions and SOP step by step.

Can read and write basic English. Bahasa Malaysia is needed to talk to customers.

Willing to learn hands‑on testing of electronic products.
