Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is seeking a customer service professional to provide excellent support across multiple channels. You will identify customer needs, research issues, and propose strategic solutions while clarifying any confusion.

The role emphasizes first contact resolution, follow-up with service partners, and ongoing feedback to improve tools and workflows. A Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 1 year of related experience are required, with excellent English (C2) and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2 level onwards).
• Ability to multi-task and learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify customer's needs, researching any existing issue to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with Service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and customer experience.
• Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Any other duties assigned by management within your category for continual improvement of the QMS.
