Job summary

TDCX is urgently seeking a Risk Underwriting Specialist for our ePayment account in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer support across channels, resolving issues on first contact, and maintaining strong customer relationships with empathy and clear communication.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or higher and have strong English communication skills, with 2 years of related experience preferred though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure first contact resolution and timely follow-up with service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
• Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
