Intel is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to manage a high-performing team responsible for RTL to GDS activities across complex CPU blocks. You will plan resources, guide design teams, and drive delivery milestones while fostering technical excellence.

The role requires a BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 10+ years in design and at least 3 years in leadership. Hybrid work model in Malaysia is supported, with strong emphasis on collaboration and process improvement.

• 3+ years of leadership experience as a technical lead or manager.
