Job summary

Photobook Worldwide Sdn Bhd, based in Malaysia, seeks a detail-oriented Product Configuration & E‑commerce Operations Specialist to manage our growing product catalog across platforms. You will set up products, configure options, pricing, variants and manage day-to-day operations with our product, operations and tech teams.

You will test customer journeys from product selection through to checkout, identify issues, and work with vendors and internal teams to resolve them and improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce, product catalogues, systems or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving.
• Comfortable working with different software, platforms and systems.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Curious and able to learn how systems work and investigate issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain products across platforms such as Shopify and internal systems.
• Configure product options, pricing, variants and product information.
• Support new product launches and updates across our stores.
• Maintain product collections, templates, tags and related information.
• Test products and customer journeys from selection through to order and fulfilment.
• Identify, troubleshoot and follow up on product, pricing and system issues.
• Work with internal teams, vendors and technology partners to resolve issues.
• Help improve product setup processes and operational workflows.
• Document processes and solutions where useful.
