Job summary

Gogoprint Malaysia is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our ecommerce platform from KL. You’ll manage launches, pricing, and performance, and collaborate with Tech, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive revenue.

You’ll be the go-to expert on how the webshop works, with autonomy and a clear path to leadership as you grow. You’ll work with one teammate and report to the interim Team Lead, in a hybrid setup near MRT Phileo Damansara.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce, product operations, business analytics, or marketplace management.
• Strong analytical skills — advanced Excel / Google Sheets is required; SQL is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to operate independently and manage priorities without direction.
• Detail-oriented with careful handling of live webshop operations.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good grasp of ecommerce fundamentals: product pages, pricing logic, and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day product and website operations: resolve issues, run checks, configure settings, and handle stakeholder requests.
• Set up, maintain, and sunset products and categories on the ecommerce site, including pricing and margins.
• Keep webshop current: pricing, lead times, product info, and promos.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies and website issues and implement fixes.
• Monitor and optimize conversion rate and revenue with cross-functional teams.
• Execute end-to-end product launches and coordinate with design, marketing, and dev teams.
