Job summary

MCM Group is seeking an E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment and inventory control. You will coordinate with warehouse, logistics and customer service teams to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.

Requirements include at least 1 year in operations with ERP/inventory experience and fluency in Chinese for Mandarin-speaking customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations with ERP/inventory experience.
• Fluent in Chinese to assist Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day e-commerce operations including order processing, fulfillment and inventory control.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics and customer service teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare shipping documents and receipts and manage sales tracking tools.
