MCM Group in Malaysia is seeking an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce activities, including order processing, fulfillment, and inventory control, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with warehouse, logistics and customer service teams, support sales reps, coordinate order fulfillment, prepare shipping docs, monitor stock, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in operations with ERP/inventory exposure.
• Fluent in Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• The E-commerce Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of e-commerce activities, including order processing, fulfillment and inventory control.
• The role collaborates with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams, as well as marketplace platform partners, to ensure every order is processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Provide support to sales representatives.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.
• Coordinate customer order fulfillment.
• Communicate with warehouse for sales order.
• Prepare shipping documents and receipts.
• Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
• Update and monitor daily stock.
• Review pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experiences.
• Follow up parcel issues.
• Suggest sales process improvement.
• Such other scope of work that may be given by our designated personnel to you with prior notice.
