Job summary

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Preferably with team coordination or supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operational activities and ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor order fulfilment, warehouse coordination and service-level performance.
• Lead and coordinate WM Office team members and resources.
• Monitor team performance, workload and manpower requirements.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and escalations.
• Ensure SOPs, policies and approved processes are followed.
• Coordinate with Retail Ops, Warehouse, Finance and IT on matters.
• Support implementation of new operational projects and process improvements.
• Prepare and review operational performance reports.
