Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our growing team supporting international ecommerce activities. You will help ensure smooth online order flow, support processes across multiple systems, and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will monitor orders, resolve issues with stakeholders, support fulfilment, inventory, and returns, and coordinate with technical teams to keep performance high during peak campaigns.
