Job summary

MKA Group is seeking an energetic E-Commerce Executive to support daily online store operations, manage listings and pricing, and coordinate promotions and order fulfilment. This role reports to the E-Commerce Team Lead and requires a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

You will handle customer inquiries, assist with returns, and monitor performance metrics to generate regular reports, while collaborating with marketing, design and warehouse teams to improve shop-floor SOPs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce store operations.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or related field.
• Basic proficiency in e-commerce seller centers, inventory management software, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day online store operations, ensuring accurate listings and pricing.
• Assist in setting up promotional campaigns and new product rollouts.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Handle customer inquiries and manage returns, exchanges and refunds as per SOPs.
• Track performance metrics and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Perform store audits to verify pricing, banners and system functionality.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and warehouse teams on e-commerce projects.
