Job summary

• Monitor team performance, workload and manpower requirements.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and escalations.
• Ensure SOPs, policies and approved processes are followed.
• Coordinate with Retail Ops, Warehouse, Finance and IT on matters.
• Support implementation of new operational projects and process improvements.
• Prepare and review operational performance reports.
