Job summary

CROSS NATION SDN BHD is seeking an E-Commerce & Retail Operations Executive to manage daily sales performance across online platforms and physical outlets. The role involves coordinating staff schedules, overseeing stock, order fulfilment, and customer service to maintain smooth retail operations and strong sales performance.

You will handle product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns across e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms, while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail operations, sales coordination or a similar role
• Experience with Grab, foodpanda, Shopee or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets and online systems
• Able to manage staff and work independently
• Proactive, responsible and commercially minded
• Willing to travel between outlets when required
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales performance across online platforms and retail outlets
• Manage e-commerce / quick-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions and campaigns
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and customer retention
• Coordinate staff schedules, manpower and daily outlet operations
• Monitor stock availability, order fulfilment and general retail operations
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints
• Maintain online ordering, grooming and booking systems
• Monitor daily operations and provide regular updates to management
• Ensure staff follow company SOPs and service standards
