Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to oversee daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and the company website. You will create and optimize product listings, monitor orders and inventory, and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth fulfillment and performance.

You will plan campaigns, promotions and sales events, track key metrics, prepare performance reports, and help identify opportunities to grow

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, company website).
• Create, update and optimize product listings with descriptions, images, pricing and promotions.
• Monitor orders, inventory and fulfillment; coordinate with warehouse and logistics.
• Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions and sales events.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates and other key metrics; prepare reports.
