Carlo Rino Group Berhad is seeking an organized E-commerce Platform & Store Operations coordinator to manage daily operations across online marketplaces. You’ll ensure accurate product information, monitor store health, and respond to customer inquiries via live chat to drive timely resolutions.

The role also covers order fulfilment, inventory coordination, and support for campaigns and promotions. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in a related field, have 1–3 years of e-commerce

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, Retail Management or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, customer service, retail operations or sales administration.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills with good attention to detail.
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok or other e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Ensure product information and promotional mechanics are accurate and updated.
• Monitor store health, product availability and platform operational issues.
• Provide support on customer enquiries via Live Chat and other applicable e-commerce channels.
• Follow up on customer issues and ensure timely resolution with the respective departments.
• Monitor the end-to-end order process from order placement and payment through fulfilment and delivery.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure orders are processed and dispatched within the required timeline.
• Monitor pending, cancelled, failed, delayed and returned orders.
• Follow up on fulfilment and delivery issues with courier and logistics providers.
• Monitor order fulfilment performance and escalates recurring operational issues.
• Ensure e-commerce orders are processed accurately and in accordance with marketplace requirements.
• Monitor major e-commerce campaigns and promotional activities and coordinate related pricing and stock requirements with departments.
