Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience driving e-commerce in retail or related consulting functions.
• Proven track record of growing EC business from planning to execution.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement market-specific digital strategies aligned with global standards.
• Define and plan stock timing and quantity for online store to maximize profits.
• Ensure comprehensive communications and activations through segmentation and personalization; drive omni-channel customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
• Lead the team and collaborate with related departments to deliver customer-focused services and scalable processes.
