Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive, eCommerce to manage the company’s online activity for the Consumer Goods business. You will drive growth through strategic planning, account management, data analytics, and business development across major e-commerce channels.

The role requires 3–4 years in a similar e-commerce position, strong SAP and finance knowledge, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3-4 years in a similar e-commerce role, with platforms or distributors.
• Digital savvy with knowledge of e-commerce models, operations and tech.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
• Good finance and accounting knowledge with process design experience.
• Strong communication, multitasking and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assist in merchandising and promotion campaigns for the online channel.
• Manage stock fulfilment rates with e-retailers and maintain promotion pricing on SAP.
• Assist in developing business, marketing, and operational plans to hit sales targets.
• Build brand equity with clients across e-commerce platforms; monitor outcomes.
• Monitor A&P budget and manage trade claims recovery within terms.
• Reduce costs and risks, maintain accurate price records per contracts.
• Research and analyze new online business opportunities for portfolio growth.
• Analyze trade returns and develop actions to reduce returns/delivery errors.
• Support financial reconciliation, AR/AP, and post-sales reporting.
• Identify new channel expansion opportunities and negotiate terms with platforms.
• Forge strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Align online business plan across departments and units.
• Support expansion in mobile, social commerce and cross-border trade.
• Handle administrative and coordination tasks as required.
