Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a commercially driven Head of Global E-Commerce to build, scale and grow our digital commerce across Malaysia and international markets. The role combines commercial strategy, marketplace excellence and performance marketing to deliver sustainable revenue and profitability.

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing e-commerce team, own revenue growth, ROI and marketplace performance while collaborating with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience with leadership in e-commerce or digital commerce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive sustainable revenue, profitability and market growth across domestic and international e-commerce channels.
• Lead and optimise key platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart, brand webstores and future digital marketplaces.
• Own sales and profitability performance with focus on margins, pricing, promotional effectiveness and channel contribution.
• Drive commercial returns from paid advertising, campaigns, promotions and affiliate programmes through ROI and ROAS management.
• Identify, launch and grow new international markets, marketplaces and cross-border e-commerce opportunities.
• Analyse sales, customer behaviour, conversion and channel performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Product teams to deliver business objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop the e-commerce team, establishing KPIs, accountability and succession capability.
