AUTO ONE CAR SPEEDMART SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Admin to manage daily operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop and other online platforms.

The ideal candidate should be organized, eager to learn, and capable of handling multiple stores efficiently. Experience in E-Commerce or online retail is an advantage, but those with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in E-Commerce, Shopee, TikTok Shop or Online Retail.
• Ability to manage multiple stores and campaigns.
• Familiarity with Shopee Seller Centre / TikTok Shop Seller Centre.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain at least 6 Shopee / TikTok Shop stores.
• Check, process and print daily orders to be shipped.
• Monitor order processing and ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Update product listings: add new products, adjust info, pricing, images.
• Manage stock and respond to out-of-stock items.
• Monitor store health and overall performance.
• Resolve platform violations, warnings and penalties.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and maintain chat response rate.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales and Purchasing teams.
• Participate in campaigns, vouchers, discounts and sales events.
• Stay updated with platform policies and new features.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible and proactive E-Commerce Admin to manage and maintain our daily E-Commerce operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop and other online platforms.

The ideal candidate should be organized, willing to learn and able to manage multiple online stores efficiently. Experience in E-Commerce or online retail is an advantage, but candidates with a strong willingness to learn are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain at least 6 Shopee / TikTok Shop stores

• Check, process and print daily orders that need to be shipped

• Monitor order processing and ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped accurately and on time

• Manage and maintain Product Listings, including:

  • Uploading new products

  • Updating product information, descriptions, pricing and images

  • Updating stock availability

  • Managing out-of-stock products

  • Updating products when stock is replenished

• Regularly monitor inventory and product availability to minimize sales loss due to out-of-stock items

• Monitor and maintain overall Shop Health / Store Performance

• Monitor and resolve platform violations, warnings, penalties and other store-related issues

• Handle Customer Service and respond to customer enquiries promptly

• Maintain good Customer Chat response rate and service performance

• Customer Service Allowance may be provided based on response rate and overall performance

• Handle customer enquiries related to orders, returns, refunds and after-sales matters

• Upload and manage new products and ensure product information is accurate and up to date

• Participate in Shopee / TikTok Shop Campaigns, Vouchers, Discounts, Flash Sales and other promotional activities

• Assist in optimizing Product Listings to improve product visibility and sales performance

• Monitor product sales, traffic and store performance and make necessary improvements

• Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and stock availability

• Stay updated with Shopee / TikTok Shop policies, platform rules and new features

• Perform other E-Commerce related tasks assigned by the management

About You

• Previous experience in E-Commerce, Shopee, TikTok Shop or Online Retail is an advantage

• Experience managing multiple Shopee / TikTok Shop stores is an added advantage

• Familiar with Shopee Seller Centre / TikTok Shop Seller Centre

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

• Good computer skills

• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented

• Able to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently

• Good communication and Customer Service skills

• Able to multitask and work within deadlines

• Interested in E-Commerce and online sales

• Willing to learn and adapt to new platforms, features and E-Commerce trends

• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred

• Experience in Automotive Accessories / Car Accessories E-Commerce will be an added advantage
