Job summary

JNJ Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking an E‑Commerce Executive to manage online sales channels, website, and app shop, while creating digital content to support the brand. You will coordinate with logistics, monitor market trends, and assist in running campaigns to boost sales.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in E‑Commerce/Marketing/Business and has 2–3 years of relevant experience, with a knack for social media and content design.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Digital Marketing or Business.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website or app shop is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or CapCut for content creation.
• Creative, proactive and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's e‑commerce platforms, website and app shop, including product listings, pricing, stock and promotions.
• Handle daily online orders, customer enquiries, order fulfilment and coordinate with warehouse/logistics.
• Create and manage social media content, including short videos and promotional content.
• Design posters, banners and promotional materials for online platforms and social media.
• Monitor online sales, product performance, competitors and market trends; prepare basic sales reports.
• Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, promotions and marketing activities to increase sales.
