Job summary

Gain City Parts Sdn Bhd is seeking an E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online stores. The role involves updating products, pricing, and promotions, processing orders, and collaborating with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries.

You will handle customer inquiries and reviews, track sales, and prepare weekly performance reports. Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop is essential, with strong Excel and Canva editing skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree is required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of e-commerce experience preferred.
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
• Proficient in Excel and Canva editing.
• Good communication in English; Chinese is a plus.

About you

Good communication skills in English. Chinese language skills are an advantage
