Job summary

PR Sports International SDN BHD is seeking a motivated E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop in Malaysia. You will create and optimize product listings, monitor sales performance, coordinate campaigns, and support live streams.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily operations across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.

Create and optimise product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing and promotions.

Coordinate online campaigns, vouchers, discounts and platform marketing activities.

Monitor orders, inventory, customer enquiries, reviews and after-sales matters.

Respond to customers professionally and promptly through the relevant platforms.

Support livestreams, short-form video content and other activities that drive traffic and conversions.

Track store performance, sales results and campaign effectiveness, and recommend improvements.

Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Stay updated on platform features, competitor activity and e-commerce trends.

Requirements

Able to communicate in Mandarin / 华文 to support Mandarin-speaking customers and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Experience in e-commerce, online marketplace operations, digital marketing or a related role is an advantage.

Familiar with Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop is preferred.

Comfortable working with product information, online promotions and sales data.

Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.

Proactive, creative and willing to learn in a fast-changing environment.
