Job summary

Precious Trend Sdn Bhd is looking for an E‑Commerce Executive to oversee daily online store operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our website. You will optimise product listings, drive promotions, monitor performance, and ensure excellent customer experience across channels.

You will collaborate with marketing, handle inventory coordination, and contribute to growth by researching market trends and opportunities in fashion and retail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E‑Commerce, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce, online marketplace management, or retail.
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain online stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website, and other marketplaces.
• Upload and update product listings, pricing, inventory, descriptions, and images.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Process orders and ensure smooth fulfilment and delivery.
• Respond to customer enquiries and handle after‑sales support professionally.
• Plan and execute online promotions, vouchers, flash sales, and campaign activities.
• Track sales performance and prepare reports on key e‑commerce metrics.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support online campaigns and brand visibility.

As our E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing daily online store operations, optimising product listings, executing promotional campaigns, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring an excellent customer shopping experience across our e-commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain online stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website, and other marketplaces

Upload and update product listings, pricing, inventory, descriptions, and images

About you
