Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an E-commerce Assistant to manage daily product uploads, listings, pricing, and SKUs across SiteGiant and Shopify. You will also support campaigns, promotions, and listings while ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree, has strong attention to detail, good communication, and is willing to work overtime and Saturdays. Familiarity with SiteGiant is a plus; free parking is provided.

Responsibilities

• Daily E-Commerce: Manage uploads, listings, pricing, and SKU maintenance across SiteGiant and Shopify.
• Campaign & Promotional Support: Plan and execute online campaigns, vouchers, and ads.
• Inventory & Listing Management: Maintain stock accuracy and audit listings.
• Customer Service & After-Sales Support: Handle inquiries, returns, refunds across channels.
• Marketplace & Digital Support: Optimize keywords, rankings, and content; coordinate ads.
• Ad-Hoc Duties as required by management.
• Collaborate with higher management and internal teams.

1. Daily E-Commerce: Manage product uploads, listing creation, label creation, pricing updates, and SKU maintenance across E-commerce platforms, Sitegiant webstore and Shopify webstore. [30%]

2. Campaign & Promotional Support: Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, promotional activities while maintain high accuracy. [15%]

3. Inventory & Listing Management: Monitor and maintain stock inventory accuracy and coordinate with internal teams. Conduct regular audits on product listings to ensure pricing, content, and inventory information maintain high accuracy. [20%]

4. Customer Service & After-Sales Support: Respond promptly to customer enquiries, complaints, returns, refunds, exchanges, and after-sales requests via marketplace chat, email, and social media channel professionally. [10%]

5. Marketplace & Digital Support: Support marketplace optimization activities including keyword updates, product ranking improvements, and content enhancements. Assist in coordinating digital marketing activities such as platform ads, affiliate campaigns, and livestream promotions. Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends. [10%]

7. Ad-Hoc Duties [15%]

• Diploma or Degree in any field.

• Fluent and good communication; enjoy direct collaboration with higher management
• Experience with SiteGiant system on product listing (Advantage).
• Familiar/Experience with e-commerce platforms' product listing, campaign price submission and advertisement performance optimization (Advantage).
• Prefer 1-2 years of working experience as an e-commerce assistant (Advantage).
