Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to manage daily orders across platforms like SiteGiant and Shopee. You will monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and respond to customer inquiries while handling returns and refunds, under supervision.

The role requires good organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work overtime during peak sales events. 6 days per week, with a focus on accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Well-groomed, hardworking, and self-motivated.
• Able to work overtime during double digit sales (e.g. 10.10, 11.11, 12.12).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily online orders from online platforms (SiteGiant, Shopee, etc.).
• Monitor stock levels on shelves and perform timely restocking.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Handle returns and refunds.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
