Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring an online store coordinator to manage product listings and monitor orders in Kulai. You will coordinate with warehouse staff and respond to customer inquiries to ensure a seamless shop floor operation.

The role requires English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under campaign pressure during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or diploma; relevant experience encouraged.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms.
• Proficient with Excel and reporting.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work under campaign pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
• Monitor daily orders, arrange shipment, and coordinate with warehouse team.
• Reply to customer inquiries and handle after-sales issues.
• Process returns, refunds, and exchange requests.
• Update stock availability and ensure product information accuracy.
• Assist in campaign setup, vouchers, promotions, and flash sales.
• Generate sales reports and monitor platform performance.
• Ensure smooth daily operation of all online stores.

• Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage)
• Able to work under pressure during campaign periods
