Job summary

Izi Yahaya International Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on E-commerce Assistant in Malaysia to manage product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and more. You will update pricing, stock, and promotions while ensuring accuracy of product data.

You will analyze sales, prepare periodic reports, and support daily orders with packing and delivery coordination. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce platform management (preferred).
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
• Able to perform light physical work (packing & stocking).
• Meticulous, a quick learner, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work in a team and possess good communication skills.
• Minimum Diploma qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update products on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and others.
• Update prices, stock, promotions, and ensure all product information is accurate.
• Analyze sales performance and provide periodic reports.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure daily orders, including packing and pickup of goods for delivery, run smoothly.
• Handle customer chats politely and responsively.
• Ensure stock is neatly arranged and inventory is always organized.
• Responsible for finding, identifying, and managing collaborations with influencers/content creators to increase brand awareness and product sales through social media platforms.
