Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Admin/Inventory Clerk to support daily marketplace operations, including processing orders from Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada, and ensuring timely fulfilment.

You will also handle chats, stock management, returns, disputes, and biweekly/monthly invoicing, based at Wisma Tan Kok Cheng, Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

• Computer literate with Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Shopee and TikTok live advantages.
• Familiar with seller centre and webstore backend.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from marketplace and webstore (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada).
• Pick and pack orders and ensure on-time fulfilment.
• Reply customer chats on time, including weekend rotation.
• Inventory management: check stock in/out in system.
• Check returned parcels and raise disputes if needed.
• Invoice settlements biweekly and monthly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Process orders from marketplace and webstore (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada), pick and pack the orders, make sure fulfil orders on time.

Reply chat on time and reply chat on weekend by rotation basic.

Inventory management, check the available inventory and stock in and stock out through the system.

Check return parcels from customer and raise dispute if necessary.

Invoice the settlement biweekly and monthly.

To perform other duty as assigned.

Requirement

Computer literate familiar with Microsoft Excel and access to seller centre and webstore backend

Have experience in shoppe / Tik Tok live will be an added advantage.

Can work on rotate weekend and shift.

Able to start work immediately.

Working location : Wisma Tan Kok Cheng, Petaling Jaya.
