Job summary

Samurai 2K Aerosol Sdn Bhd is seeking an organized and proactive E-Commerce Assistant to support daily operations of its online stores on Shopee, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces.

The role involves creating and updating product listings, managing stock levels, ensuring accurate pricing, and maintaining store quality while coordinating with sales and customer service in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in e-commerce, online sales or sales administration is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Shopee and TikTok Shop is preferred.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Assistant to support the daily operations and management of our online stores.

Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's online stores across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces.

Create and upload new product listings, including product names, descriptions, images, prices, stock quantities and variations.

Ensure all product information, pricing and promotional details are accurate and regularly updated.

Monitor product availability and identify out-of-stock or low-stock items.

Maintain the overall appearance, accuracy and quality of online stores.

Assist with day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensure online store activities run smoothly.

About you

Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

Previous experience in e-commerce, online sales, customer service or sales administration is an advantage.

Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces such as Shopee and TikTok Shop is preferred.

Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
