Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Diploma-qualified logistics professional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will support daily operations, assist with logistics flow, import/export declarations, and dealer inquiries, ensuring timely shipment fulfilment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in logistics or supply chain, good English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to work under pressure during peak periods. Automotive parts background is a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma holder with logistics/supply chain studies.
At least 1 year of logistics/supply chain experience.
Knowledge of logistics operations, customer service and customs brokerage (import/export).
Automotive parts industry experience is an asset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia; a third language is an asset.

Responsibilities

Provide daily support to logistics team in operations, customs brokerage, dealer inquiries, and liaising with partners to ensure shipment fulfilment.
Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and inventory management where applicable.
Review and audit customs paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
Attend to nationwide dealer enquiries and provide shipment support.
Other duties as assigned.
